Gooey ooey sweetness. Welcome to our adorable confectionery kitchen, where we hand dip the creamiest chocolates, pour the gooiest caramel, roll the butteriest cookie dough and so much more! Our passion for making sweets began in the Spring of 2013, when owner Maggie attended courses from Cargill Cocoa & Chocolate Company in Lititz, PA. Becoming a certified chocolatier, Maggie began creating chocolates in small batches to ensure quality, both in taste & presentation. Over four years later, she has now extended her chocolates to nearly 100 different hand made pieces ranging from truffles & fudge to hand dipped. During the Fall of 2015, Maggie brought in Culinary Institution of America graduate, Zach, to work side by side to begin the next stage for Nibbles & Bits. Stay tuned for more sweetness!
